IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST

Implementation Analyst - Deals with mostproblems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integratesin-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standardsand practices. Good understanding ofsho w the team and area integrate with othersin accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analyticalthinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requiresattention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on theanalysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues withpotentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment wheninterpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic andcommunicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required inorder to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but directimpact through close contact with the businesses'' core activities. Quality andtimeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and otherclosely related teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate implementation of regional and local cash management, trade andliquidity. Project management of a client portfolio. Technical advisor of the client, with knowledge in bank file layouts local,regional and global, as well as in Electronic Channels and Connectivity Host toHost, SWIFT, API, etc. . Creation of customized solutions for customers, involving the elaboration ofspecifications and interaction with Confidential. Daily interaction with external customers, as well as with Sales, Products,Electronic Channels and Technology areas. Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage andassociated revenue conversion lead time. Accurately report project status,escalating effectively for on hold and slow moving deals. The implementation life cycle, ensuring effective project control and delivery toplan. Ensure strict adherence to defined quality standards and practices outlined inbest practices collateral. Consistently achieve excellent rating in scheduledquality reviews. Attending when necessary Client meetings in close cooperation with TTS ProductSales and Relationship ManagersEnhanced client satisfaction should be reflected in positive client survey scoresand documented during detailed post implementation reviews and case book write upsfor future implementation usage and marketing purposes. Trackingand communicating internally the status of the deals. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required. Participate in staff forums and survey process. Complete all mandatory and personal development training as stipulated by controlsofficer and team lead. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstratingparticular consideration for the firm''s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, itsclients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules andpersonal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing andreporting control issues with transparency. QUALIFICATIONS:2 years relevant experienceResults orientation evidence of proactively driving projects to conclusion. Excellent customer interaction and management skills. Negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment. Flexibilityability to manage a varying workload ie, volume, complexity and composition. Ability to manage complex integration solutions, working alongside Technical andTechnology teams. Strong work ethic willingness to take a hands on approach toensuring all elements of the solution are delivered as specified. Self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward. Excellentorganizational and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
