immigration Consultant - Ensure compliance with the legal situation in the respective countries regarding visa procedures and work recording, coordinate solution-oriented immigration processes for our multinational corporate clients, communicate with authorities, consulates and embassies, and control the performance of our international service network. Responsibilities: Consult and coordinate the delivery of immigration services to our clients, relocating employees and family members; including general communication, liaison, collection, and review of documents received, preparation of paperwork for immigration application submission. Monitoring the status of visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of Agents, assisting Agents with coordination of outbound immigration services, communicating with GACs, and providing immigration updates as required to facilitate the provision of additional services. Handle enquiries from corporate clients on latest rules and regulations and status on individual cases. Update company computer system promptly and accurately as per KPI requirements related to immigration services. Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational activities. Monitor and process renewal applications. Ensure timely invoicing and collection, coordinating with the accounting team. Other responsibilities as necessary to support Operations and Account Manager(s), client, and assignee demands. QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS Understanding of visa and work permit processes. Reliability and ability to be a quick learner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience dealing with web-based CRM software. Organizational skills in dealing with foreign cultures. Commercial and customer-oriented approach. Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Structured approach. Fluent in English language; learning and commitment to language development. Strong preference for secondary language skills. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma Required.
