Immigration Consultant - Ensure compliance with the legal situation in the respective countries regarding visa procedures and work recording, coordinate solution-oriented immigration processes for our multinational corporate clients, communicate with authorities, consulates and embassies and control the performance of our international service network70%20%10%Other responsibilities as necessary to support Operations and Account Manager(s), client and assignee demandsQUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS- Understanding of visa and work permit processes- Reliability and be a quick learner- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Dealing with web-based CRM software- Organizational skills in dealing with foreign cultures- Commercial and customer-oriented approach- Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Structured approach- Fluent in English language learning and commitment- Strong preference for secondary language skillsEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS- High School Diploma Required- Graduate degree Preferred- CRP or GMS certification advantageous
