Are you interested in joining us?**About The Role**As part of Swiss Re''s HR Brazil''s team, the intern would work closely with the HR Advisors on various activities such as:- Elaborate key performance indicators for the regional HR structure; create presentations and reports for the executive committee. - Responsible for the local Internship Program (recruitment, hiring and onboarding), as well as internal leadership initiatives and engagement. - Support HR Advisors in recruitment activities. - Support the Wellness Program by working closely with our vendors in line with the company''s global initiatives. - Support for administrative activities (payments, organization of events, etc. )- Support for internal communication initiatives. **About The Team**The HR Brazil team consists of 6 well-seasoned human resources professionals working together in a wide range of topical areas. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, the team works regularly and closely with other teams in the department, including those in other regional teams (primarily LatAm and US). Additionally, the Brazil team works frequently and collaboratively with other departments throughout the organization. The team would welcome the opportunity to introduce someone interested in joining the human resources profession to this dynamic environment. **About You (requirements)**- At least 2 full years of study towards a Bachelor''s or advanced degree in Business Administration. - Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint- Strong research and analytical skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly, succinctly, and successfully communicate technical issues to both experts and non-experts- Reliable and responsible - delivers high-quality work that is timely, accurate, and complete- Raises early any questions or concerns with respect to completing an assignment- Open-minded, creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic**The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
