Human Resources Coordinator - ) liaising with HR Manager and/or Labour Relations team as required Monitor, report, and analyze attendance management metrics in accordance with established process. Prepare letters for issuance related to attendance management. Provide reports and trending information related to attendance, make recommendations related to attendance management process. Manage employee leaves. Work with operations on timely return to work and ensure any required documentation associated with leaves is up to date and accurate Create, monitor, and maintain metrics related to HR processes Provide support to operations regarding employee engagement initiatives Work to continuously improve processes and create efficiencies (recruitment, attendance management, employee engagement, etc. ) QualificationsWhat Youll Need to Succeed: University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources Experience managing attendance Previous experience in a hospitality or service provider environment is an asset Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change, shifting priorities, and/or simultaneous demands Ability to develop new and maintain existing relationships with stakeholders Ability to take initiative and work independently Strong ethics and integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
