urv Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining HR processes, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and enhancing employee relations.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
ey Responsibilities.
ecruitment and Onboarding.
Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.
mployee Records Management.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
ayroll and Benefits Administration.
Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
mployee Support.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
vent Coordination.
Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.
olicy Development.
Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
mployee Relations.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
ttendance and Leave Management.
Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
ocumentation Management.
Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.
R Systems Management.
Manage HR-related software systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.
xpense and Budget Tracking.
Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
ualifications.
achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
roven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.
amiliarity with HR software and databases (e.
., HRIS, ATS).
xcellent organizational and multitasking skills.
trong communication and interpersonal abilities.
nowledge of employment laws and regulations.
igh level of discretion and confidentiality.
roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
