identify and deploy best practices for recruitment and assessment with a focus on operational excellence, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions.
Talent acquisition governance.
ensure compliance in workday for all recruiting and onboarding activities.
Onboarding.
Ensure seamless onboarding experience to new hires and hiring managers and promote full usage of online onboarding platform.
