Hris Analyst - The senior analyst may also serve as a mentor to junior HRIS team membersCollaborates with system users and stakeholders to evaluate the functional workrequirements and recommends solutions for automating and enhancing businessprocesses and integrations supported by technologyUnderstands the impact of, anticipates, plans, creates, and executes testscenarios, and troubleshoots issues resulting from enhancements, configurationchanges or system fixes which requires a thorough understanding of the functionalprocess and dataDevelops written technical requirements when implementing a new system, enhancingan existing system, creating reports, or addressing production issuesInitiates systems change request process in vendor system and collaborates withvendor resources to drive the request to completionCollaborate with other departments, team members and vendors daily to develop orenhance systems and to troubleshoot production problems. Communicates with team members and department the results of the testing anddetermines if further programming is neededPrioritizes all tasks and manages assignments that are required when implementinga new system, creating enhancements for an existing system and a large volume ofproduction fixesDevelops, executes and documents audit and quality control processes formaintaining data integrity and security of HR systemsPlans, executes and manages multiple HR related projects of varying natureincluding system upgrades and new software acquisitionsto ensure that dataintegrity and timeliness needs are metProvides post implementation support for software upgrades and maintenance updatesKeeps the department apprised of system enhancements and fixes that impact HRsystemsCreates and maintains departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Assists in prioritizing the enhancements and fixes that are neededDevelops and compiles information or prepares reports relating to payroll,recruiting, position classification, compensation, training, equal opportunity,employment, or affirmative action utilizing HRIS systems**Qualifications**:QualificationsBachelor''s Degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent workexperienceMinimum 3 years'' experience with Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft Platform ConfigurationprocesspracticeWorking knowledge of key HR functions (Employment, Benefits, Compensation,Relations, Payroll, Training and Development)Excellent project management skills and working knowledge of system developmentmethodology and data governance principlesKnowledge of relational database management, reporting, and general officeKnowledge of business process design/ redesign practicesAbility to collaborate and gather requirements from end usersAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersSelf-starter with ability to simultaneously manage & organize multiple tasks andmeet deadlinesAbility to effectively manage vendor relationshipsAbility to use sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential informationPrimary Location:BR-SP-JurubatubaSchedule:Full-timeUnposting Date:Ongoing
