Responsabilidades
✅ Strategic Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring the implementation of best people management practices.
Support organizational development by facilitating change and fostering a high-performance culture.
✅ Talent Management & Development
Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of key positions.
Support the design and execution of leadership development and training programs.
Conduct performance evaluations and assist in succession planning.
✅ Employee Experience & Organizational Culture
Implement engagement and retention initiatives to ensure an inclusive and motivating work environment.
Develop strategies to strengthen the organizational culture in alignment with company values.
✅ Compensation & Benefits
Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure attractive and competitive compensation packages.
Monitor market benchmarks and support strategic compensation adjustments.
✅ Change Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Support organizational restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition process.
Requisitos
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
🔹 Solid experience as an HRBP, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, or technical industries.
🔹 Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern HR practices.
🔹 Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Advanced English and/or Spanish (depending on global operations).
