Responsabilidades

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring the implementation of best people management practices.

  • Support organizational development by facilitating change and fostering a high-performance culture.

Talent Management & Development

  • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of key positions.

  • Support the design and execution of leadership development and training programs.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist in succession planning.

Employee Experience & Organizational Culture

  • Implement engagement and retention initiatives to ensure an inclusive and motivating work environment.

  • Develop strategies to strengthen the organizational culture in alignment with company values.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure attractive and competitive compensation packages.

  • Monitor market benchmarks and support strategic compensation adjustments.

Change Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

  • Support organizational restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition process.

Requisitos

Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
🔹 Solid experience as an HRBP, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, or technical industries.
🔹 Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern HR practices.
🔹 Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Advanced English and/or Spanish (depending on global operations).
