We are looking for a new team member for our HR department with immediate effect.
The position is limited to 24 months.
Your Role in our Team   Maintenance and continuous updating of the global learning catalog in the area of responsibility in close cooperation with Learning and Development, HRBP and departments Support of the annual cycle of educational planning, implementation and evaluation Key user for the learning management system and contact person for HR-Communication and knowledge transfer Methodical and didactic advice for the departments on the development and implementation of learning processes in coordination with CoE Learning & Development System and data administration of international trainings (e.

creating new items and classes, assignment of mandatory trainings, monitoring cancellation periods, closing courses) Organization and participant management for training courses (e.
.
booking of rooms, participant and trainer communication, catering, booking hotels if needed) Support of local entities in organization of trainings Coordination and alignment with trainer and participants Maintenance and further development of an internal and external pool of trainers, internet research for potential providers Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and assist in the development and implementation of HR projects   Your Profile   Completed business studies or comparable qualifications Experience in dealing with digital learning platforms and educational formats is an advantage Experience in advising and supporting heterogeneous target groups (lecturers, participants) regarding blended learning concepts Communicative, initiative and independent personality who can also work well in a team Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written     Your benefits   You benefit from group-wide and international cooperation You can develop both professionally and personally with us through exciting and varied tasks - we support your further training.
