Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Generalist to join our Client a Global SaaS company in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and helping us scale with strong people practices.
You'll work across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination Organize and support onboarding and offboarding processes Ensure HR records are maintained and updated in compliance with legal requirements Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance Assist in performance review cycles and employee development programs Promote and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives Help maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements Requirements & Skills Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (5 to 8 years) Solid understanding of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices Experience working in a fast-paced, tech/SaaS environment preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; familiarity with Workable or similar platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English What We Offer A collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work culture Opportunity to work with a global, growing SaaS team Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote options Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development and learning opportunities
