Are you?Job Title:HR Business Partnering Senior Specialist for Latin America - Temporary (9 months)In AVEVA People Team, we strive to future-proof our talent, elevate our employee value proposition, evolve our culture, and build agility and resilience at both individual and organisational level. We are looking for talented individuals to join the HR Business Partner team and enable the development of strategies and implementation of activities where we attract, develop and retain the diverse talent we need for future business growth. Together as a HR team, in addition to providing in regional support for Latin America, this role will also partner with business leaders on strategic priorities including talent strategy, team engagement, organization design and organisational effectiveness. **Responsibilities**:? Be a partner to the Business:Understand the business strategies in Latin America and support the HRBP and business needs through aligned people priorities, initiatives, solutions, and execution. ? Enhance cross functional and international collaboration:Collaborate with local, regional and Empresa importante stakeholders from HR Centre of Excellence to deliver talent strategies, people cyclical activities. ? Build relationships:Act as a trusted advisor for business leaders and workforce to enable strong collaboration and drive business performance. ? Provide HR expertise:Build deep legislative, market andHR local knowledge and provide in-country insights on people processes, programs as well as resolve complex employee queries which are escalated by HR Services Team. ? Elevate employee experience:Improve the day-to-day experience for our people, support employee engagement activities to make AVEVA a great place to work and attract the next generation of talent? Be an Enabler:Diagnose, understand root cause, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and functions to address gaps and enhance performance. ? Leverage on data analytics:Use data strategically to identify and surface trends to enhance business and organization performance as we make smart and informed decisions. Knowledge & Experience required:? Languages:English, and Portuguese at an advanced level of writing, reading and communication. Spanish is considered a plus. ? Knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation. (knowledge of LATAM ee legislation is a plus)? Educated to degree level (or experience equivalent). ? Customer focused ? excellent customer service, timely responses to employees, HRS and HRBPs on complaints or any related issues or escalations. ? Strong attention to accuracy and details. ? Extensive HR systems and Empresa importante Office experience, mainly Excel. ? Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion.
