Hr Business Partner Sr Analyst - ABOUT YOUYou are a passioned Human Resources professional who is comfortable with tryingnew things acting with the spirit of entrepreneurship. Strong relationship define you and you are highly skilled in building closepartnerships across functions and leadership levels**Responsibilities**:Support our culture and engagement programs in accordance with our Pillars andFamily values. Identify the best talent for current and future recruitment strategies. Supportthe recruitment, hiring and social onboard of staff. Support the leadership team to build strong succession and development plans fortheir functions / teams. Coordinate the internal communication process. Serve as advisor to support decision process regarding work environment issues. Partner with HR in Centres of Expertise and Shared Services to influence andexecute the HR strategy, policies and programsAdvise and coach business leaders on interpretation of HR policiesSupport benefits administrationSkills and ExperienceTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology orrelated discipline experienceWorking knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations, including laborrelationsExperience in human resources management, talent development and / or benefits. Knowledge of MS office suite and MS Teams. Fluent communication in English is a must. PERSONALQUALITIESDisplays critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAble to handle multiple projects and tasks without losing sight of priorities. Determination and resourcefulness. Care about others and serve our Primos with diligence.
