Hr Business Partner Lead - Our mission is toinspire creativity and bring joy. ABOUT THE TEAM:The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth ofthe TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, AccountManagers, agencies, and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. GBS is adynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who supportthem are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team toattract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of theorganization. We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner Lead for the LATAMRegion to join our growing Human Resources team. Based in São Paulo, this highlyvisible role aims to provide strategic partnership and consultation to the growinggroup of business teams in the LATAM market. As an HR Business Partner Lead, youwill support your organization''s leader and his/her leadership team across theentire talent lifecycle. THE ROLE WILL BE EXPECTED TO STRATEGIZE AND COLLABORATE WITH CORPORATE, LOCAL, AND CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (COE) HR TEAM MEMBERS TO IDENTIFY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, ENGAGE AND RETAIN EMPLOYEES THROUGH HR INITIATIVES, AND AID IN ESTABLISHING AN EFFICIENT ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN. RESPONSIBILITIES:Consult with business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives intoan HR roadmap; garner support and identity ownership for that roadmap; establishregular meeting cadence to advise/inform leaders of progress and furthertransparency throughout the organization. Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, developmentand succession; organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics. Proactively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and legal risk; Ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures andgovernmental regulations, and partner with the legal department to supportinvestigations as needed. Provide guidance and assistance in theimplementation of business restructures,workforce planning, and headcount modeling. Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providingcoaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibrationprocess. Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards todrive HR needs planning. Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programsthat foster employee engagement, D&I, and success. **Qualifications**:Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growthcompany and a total of at least 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, aseither a generalist, people leader, business partner, or human capital consultant. Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment ispreferred. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicateeffectively across all levels of an organization. Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs. Demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrixed, high-growthorganization. Deep business acumen and the execution know-how to build and grow businessesthrough the ongoing development and support of its people. BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Managementpreferred; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise aplus, including coaching certifications.
