Healthcare And Marketing Executive Assistant - We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to handle various tasks, including scheduling, billing inquiries, insurance coordination, and administrative support. **Responsibilities**:**Pediatric Occupational Therapy Practice**:- Handle intakes, connect with billers for insurance-related questions, and follow up on billing matters. - Implement and document standard operating practices. - Assist with patient care tasks and coordination. - Bonus: Social media savvy - create engaging posts, and manage content creation using tools like Canva. **Bike Riding Instruction Service**:- Assist in scoping out and securing locations for events. - Create promotional material (flyers), connect with local bike shops, and recruit bike coaches. - Manage social media presence and scheduling. **Requirements**:- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficient in social media management tools and basic graphic design (Canva). - Strong communication skills. - Bonus: Familiarity with American insurance processes and reimbursement. **Qualifications**:- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred. - Experience with social media management and graphic design tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems. - Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and priorities.
