Reporting to Recruiting Coordinator, the TA Analyst will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, handling multiple positions simultaneously across different areas.

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in high-volume recruitment who possess strong organizational and time management skills.

End-to-End Process Management.
Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering candidates.

Maintain Recruitment Metrics.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline status, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
Candidate Experience.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
