QuintoAndar is actively seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Internal Controls Senior Analyst.
This pivotal role involves managing projects, mapping processes, and identifying potential risks within the company.
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Previous experience in process mapping, control evaluation, and regulatory compliance; Knowledge of SOX, COBIT, or other internal control frameworks is a plus; Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel (knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus); Analytical mindset and attention to detail; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
English and/or Spanish is a Plus.
Responsibilities.
Map and design operational process flowcharts, identifying control weaknesses and existing controls; Propose, monitor, and support the execution of action plans resulting from mapped processes, validating implementation evidence; Perform testing to assess the effectiveness of implemented controls; Prepare presentations and reports to support area initiatives and decision-making; Revise and update policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance requirements; Structure processes and procedures for monitoring and evaluating regulatory compliance; Develop initiatives to promote and disseminate a strong internal controls culture within the organization.
