If you are interested in taking your next professional challenge in a great multicultural environment, then take a look at the following opportunity!Hexagon Latin America needs a multi-tool professional who functions as a client partner (in the full meaning of the post:A single point of contact for the client, coordination of RFP responses, oral presentations and contract negotiation for services elements; an interface between Hexagon and the commercial team, internal and external) and as a project delivery executive (a PMO that handles multiple projects, from their inception to delivery, handling the schedule, expenses, planned and realized hours, escalation, change requests, team allocation). This role will begin with a broad list of responsibilities, and eventually taper to management duties as the Hexagon EAM revenue and team grows in the region. As a Client Partner:Work with internal resources and with sub-contractors to manage resource allocation to new projects; Prospecting of new clients, in cooperation with the Hexagon license and services teams; Selling services into the existing base to promote new cloud projects; Responsible for accuratesales-forecasting. As a Project Delivery executive:Responsible for the overall project management and governance function by providing leadership, coordination, and management of the PMO processes and functions; In the short-term, assist in managing software implementation projects of medium and high complexity from initiation to completion for Hexagon EAM customers. Project budgets will range from $20,000 to $500,000 USD; Create and maintain trust and rapport within the project team and with the customer throughout the project; Play a role in hiring and growing the practice in LATAM; Accurately forecast expected project revenue in the region; Practice effective written and verbal communication both internally and externally; Work with Services and Sales management teams on project escalations and risks; Achieve referenceable customers through successful project implementations; Develops and manages theenterprise roadmap aligned to enterprise strategic initiatives; Defines, manages and directs the needed end-to-end PMO work effort, which includes leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the realization of expected benefits defined in business cases, in cooperation with Hexagon PPM PMO; Leads the identification, development, implementation, and monitoring of project and portfolio KPIs, metrics, leading indicators, project trending, executive presentations, and portfolio status reports; Builds and maintains relationships with senior leadership and key PMO stakeholders, and acts as a trusted advisor. **Qualifications**:Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English preferred; Experience managing or overseeing projects; Experience with softwareimplementations; Experience managing large, complex projects with both business and technical requirements; Excellent leadership andinterpersonal skills; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Excellent analytical andproblem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills; Excellent acumen settingexpectations; Natural leader;Self-motivated and thrives with autonomy, with a strong work ethic; Positive interpersonal skills; Actively addresses problems and often innovates; Some travel is required (10 - 15%, but will follow current Hexagon, local and client health guidelines).
