About the ProgramSyensqo is excited to launch our Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our Procurement Service Line, focusing on critical areas such as Accounts Payable, Provisioning, and Travel & Expense (T&E).
This program offers an incredible opportunity to be part of Syensqo’s global transformation journey, working alongside our teams in Lisbon and Curitiba.
Interns will gain hands-on experience, develop specialized skills, and play a vital role in optimizing processes within our Procurement division.
oin us in shaping the future of Syensqo’s GBS Operations and jumpstart your career in a fast-paced, global environment!Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on your role within Accounts Payable, Provisioning, or T&E, your responsibilities may include.
ccounts Payable.
rocess and verify vendor invoices and ensure payment accuracy.
andle account reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.
ssist with month-end closing activities and respond to vendor inquiries.
ecommend and implement process improvements.
rovisioning.
reate and send purchase orders and contact vendors.
nsure timely delivery of goods and services, monitoring vendor performance.
ollaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process enhancement and participate in Procurement projects.
ravel & Expense (T&E).
ost and verify expense reports in the T&E system.
dminister corporate cards and support reconciliation activities.
nsure compliance with internal policies and maintain operational procedures.
dentify process improvements to optimize T&E operations.
hat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree (or in final year) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
revious experience or knowledge in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or T&E is preferred but not required.
