Role Summary: Carry out bodywork and bodywork on damaged or injured trucks, carrying out repairs with aluminum, sheet metal, fibers, among others. It also carries out repairs on equipment components such as fuel tanks and other high-value-added components. Responsibilities: In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand the specifications of the parts to be manufactured or repaired. Cutting Metal Sheets: Use manual tools or cutting machines, such as guillotines and plasma, to cut metal sheets according to the necessary measurements. Molding and Bending: Shaping and bending metal using presses, hammers, lathes and other tools to create or adjust parts as needed. Welding: Joining metal parts through welding, ensuring the adhesion and durability of the joints. Assembly: Assemble metallic components to form structures or subassemblies, strictly following the assembly instructions. Damage Repair: Carry out repairs on vehicle bodies, pipes and other metal structures that have suffered damage or wear. Polishing and Finishing: Sanding, polishing and painting metal surfaces to finish the product with a high quality finish. Quality Inspection: Check the quality of the parts and structures produced, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards. Equipment Maintenance: Carry out regular maintenance on the tools and equipment used, keeping them in good working order. Safety at Work: Comply with safety standards, using personal protective equipment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: A basic school certificate. Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role. Willing to relocate to the job location.
