Disponibilidade para estagiar em nosso escritório na Avenida Paulista na modalidade híbrido, 2 dias presenciais das 9h às 16h de segunda a sexta-feira; Cursos nas áreas de Administração, Gestão de RH, Psicologia, Comunicação, Marketing, Pedagogia e correlatos com no mínimo, 1 ano e meio para estagiar, antes da formação; Conhecimento intermediário a avançado para conversação em inglês.
Quais serão as suas atividades.
Apoio na Logística de Treinamentos; Auxílio na divulgação e comunicação de eventos; Apoio nos indicadores de treinamento; Suporte no Programa de Integração de novos colaboradores; Assistência na curadoria de conteúdos de treinamentos online, criando trilhas de aprendizado em plataformas de treinamento online; Administrar a plataforma de treinamentos, gerando análises e relatórios de engajamento e participação.
