FULL TEST QUALITY ANALYST

Full Test Quality Analyst - Duties/Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain deliverables including test cases, test data & reports. Implement automated testing practices to improve development cycle efficiency. Contribute to the creation and implementation of test automation frameworks. Analyze and understand the project's environment, architecture, and interdependencies to determine and apply appropriate test methodologies and cases relative to applications/Product being tested. Planning and execution of functional, system testing of products across all platforms to test various features at various phases of product development and release cycles. Evaluate testing process, make recommendations as necessary. Timely execution of test cases, Identify and record bugs. Automation of test scripts and automation frameworks creation. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas to others. Self-starter, able to grasp and learn quickly. Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Strong team player, ability to work in small teams, and contribute in flexible ways to the team goals. Ability to research, apply, and adapt to new technology areas. Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation. Passionate about learning and continuous improvement. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent with experience in Automation testing. Strong experience with automation of scripts for web applications. Experience in automating scripts using at least two functional automation tools. Selenium experience is mandatory. Must have good understanding of the architecture of Selenium. Must have good understanding of OOPs concepts and should have experience in C#, Jenkins. Must have knowledge on Agile processes, preferably worked in agile development. Must have experience of testing frameworks like jUnit, TestNG. Must have good experience in JIRA and Bug management tools. Must have good exposure to life cycle and activities involved in Automation testing. Must be aware of creation and maintenance of test data for automation testing. Good knowledge on manual testing and QA process. Experience with web service/API test automation & experience on CI tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage.
