FULL STACK ENGINEER (HEALTHCARE INNOVATION)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend background to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies like React, Vue, or Angular, and backend expertise in NodeJS, Prisma, and MySQL.
You should also be comfortable working with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
This role is integral to developing our cutting-edge healthcare solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities Frontend Development.
Design and implement intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular.
Create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing applications.
Backend Development.
Develop and maintain server-side applications with NodeJS.
Implement APIs and integrate with databases using Prisma and MySQL.
Full Stack Integration.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
Optimize performance and maintain high code quality across the stack.
Infrastructure Management.
Utilize Terraform and related tools to manage and automate infrastructure deployments.
Contribute to infrastructure improvements and scaling strategies.
Testing.
Develop and implement comprehensive testing and QA strategies to ensure high-quality, reliable code across both front-end and back-end systems, including writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
Collaboration.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team meetings.
Innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Propose and implement new approaches to enhance application performance, security, and usability.
\n Proven Experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
Frontend Expertise.
Demonstrated proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular.
Ability to create high-quality, responsive web applications.
Backend Skills.
Solid experience with NodeJS, Prisma, and MySQL.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Infrastructure Knowledge.
Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.
., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Healthcare Knowledge.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
