FULL-CYCLE RECRUITER

We’re a growing material handling company with a small, tight-knit team, and we’re looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts across sales and technical roles.
What you’ll do.
Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer.
Recruit for key sales roles (like account managers and sales reps) and technical roles (like SEO specialists, developers, and marketing professionals).
Use AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and outreach.
Focus on passive sourcing, especially through LinkedIn and referrals.
Coordinate onboarding and support new hires during their ramp-up.
Help keep our remote team connected and engaged.
Work directly with leadership to shape our hiring strategy.
What we’re looking for.
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently.
Recruit for both sales and technical roles.
Familiarity posting on LATAM and world-wide job boards.
Strong passive sourcing skills.
Pick up the phone and make some calls to connect with candidates.
Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
Mention your favorite dessert in your application for bonus points.
Clear communicator, self-starter, and problem-solver.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Able to work remotely with good time management and reliable internet.
