Symrise – always inspiring more… Your Role Lead the creative team to develop the best fragrance for each project.
Optimize the use of creative resources in LATAM applying the service levels corresponding to our customer classification.
Coordinate the creation of a regional library with winning fragrances and establish a systematic exchange with other creative centers worldwide.
Lead the evaluators who use their specialized knowledge to sell fragrances.
Monitor global trends to develop winning concepts and fragrances.
Coordinate market studies (consumer insights) based on our consumers' preferences and identify opportunities to create proactive fragrances and concepts focused on specific clients and/or categories.
Provide olfactory support to the sales team by delivering presentations to clients.
About You Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in the fragrance market and olfactory skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced English.
