Fp&A Coordinator - Core responsibilities include yearly planning processes, Analysis of Marketing andSelling expenses. Support the FP&A Manager in coordinating the relevant processes with other staffwithin Finance and throughout different business areas. Coordinate approval of matrix maintenance and other master data queries. Standard month end packages need to be delivered in time and with good qualityAnnual Budget and monthly Rolling Forecast activities are to be coordinatedprofessionallySupports data gathering and tracking of different functional projectsIdentify variances versus budget and last year, identify root causes. Do risk andopportunity analysis and support Finance Business Partner in identifyingpotentials and unexplained variances. Ensure efficient and effective communication among stakeholdersMonthly analysis and comments to cost center owners and other defined partiesAnalyze monthly results, provide high quality management reports to all supportedfunctions in building proper ownership of budgets. Preparing &executing timely the monthly reporting on the area of responsibility. Ensure best use of technology to make controlling processes efficient andeffectiveContinuous Improvement**Qualifications**:Experience in Finance Controlling or Financial Planning and AnalysisAble to work independently at high quality standard. Able to meet complex customer requirementsConcern for high standards and data accuracy. Microsoft office package, especially Excel.
