Job Description Building and monitoring actuals financial Monitor monthly closing:Supervision of transactional accounting, prepare journals of revenue recognition, cost accruals and other provisioning. Review and manage the cost base. Review balance sheet positions Provide monthly Reporting and performance dashboard, variance analysis, comprising financial and other nonfinancial KPIs (utilization and productivity). Involved in Cash and Net debt optimization with set up of cash drive actions and management of collections with DSO and overdue/wip ratio targets Ensure compliance to corporate accounting policies. Ensure compliance of statutory reporting with relevant regulations and handle yearly external audit. Involved in tax related queries as needed. Finance Planning and Analysis Business partnering with Country Manager in portfolio analysis and business forecast. Driving of the budget exercises. Conduct rolling forecast. Presentations to Management may be requested. From Bidding to Delivery:Preparation and annual update of cost cards In bidding assisting in costing and verifying business case related financial working assumptions and financialsIn delivery:Follow up project and business profitability. Work closely with Project managers and operations to ensure the quality of project data, identify and resolve issues and problems, to control efficiency and productivity. Tooling and working process:Adopt and run the systems and processes for accounting, consolidation, reporting and budgeting. (SAP environment, Hyperion environment) Leading ad-hoc project and Initiative that aim to improve finance performance, standardize working processes and tolling efficiency. Job Requirements University degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA Proficient in China statutory audit and tax requirement (Taiwan knowledge will be added advantage) Strong SAP skills (FI-CO-CRM-ESS Cats) are required. Good to have knowledge on HYPERION consolidation and reporting tool. Needs to be strong in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical skills, especially with IT project accounting experience (knowledge on revenue recognition based on percentage of completion method). Personal characteristics business oriented, result-driven, independent, able to multi-task, effective in communication and teamwork.
