FOREIGN TRADE ANALYST

Foreign Trade Analyst - Marel is a multinational company that imports and exports to many countries. The employee will be located in Campinas city and will be responsible for importation of Marel main suppliers, also will assist into the importation of other Latin America countries, mainly in Chile. The grater exporters are intercompany and are located in The Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland and United States. **Why work for us?**- Marel is a global leader in the Food Processing Industry- We help feed the globe with our innovative machinery and full processing solutions**What youll be doing**Key elements of your role include:- Execute importation, exportation and international purchasing activities with intercompany and international suppliers of spare parts and equipment; - Create POs (purchase orders), SO (sales orders), LI (import licenses); - Prepare shipment instructions in excel sheet and in the ERP system; - Responsible for the clearance process and procedures with customs broker; - Monitoring of processes, maintenance of delivery dates and follow-up with providers, internal customers and suppliers; - Conference, calculation and issuance of NFE (Nota Fiscal); - Register providers billing into the ERP, close import costs and monthly accounting conciliation; - Provision of tax expenses and monitoring with the financial department; - International freight quotation and import / export cost simulation for internal customers. **What were looking for**- Knowledge in foreign trade process; - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, analytical and process driven; - Advanced knowledge in Excel; - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Foreign trade, International Relations or Engineering; - English skills, both written and verbal; - Spanish skills will bea plus. **Commitment to Global Safety**- To promote employee health and safety, and consistent with legal and public health guidance, Marel requires that all new hires be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
