We're seeking a talented Financial Analyst on a full-time basis to join our M&A team in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential.
We are a serial acquirer of SaaS Businesses in Brazil and Latin America, focused on making strategic acquisition decisions.
Salary.
$ per month Location.
Remote Schedule.
7am - 3pm EST Experience.
At least 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on M&A or PE Your Goal.
Support the M&A team and Board in acquisition decision-making through detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Your day includes analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that drive acquisition decisions.

You're an Analytical Expert.
You have strong financial analysis capabilities using Excel and Gen AI tools You bring experience analyzing business financials with a focus on M&A/PE You understand SaaS business models and metrics You know the Brazilian/LATAM markets 2.
You're a Financial Reporting Pro.
You can prepare comprehensive financial reports You excel at data analysis and financial modeling You're skilled at presenting financial findings clearly You maintain strong attention to detail in documentation 3.
You're Multilingual.
You're extremely fluent in Portuguese You communicate professionally in English You can handle cross-border communications effectively You present clearly in both languages 4.
You're Detail-Oriented.
You conduct thorough financial analysis You produce accurate reporting You create precise documentation 5.
You're Self-Driven.
You demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive mindset You can manage multiple analyses independently You're available during EST business hours (7am-3pm) You have strong organizational and time management skills Competitive Compensation.
