FINANCE DIRECTOR (FINTECH)

Finance Director (Fintech) - The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments. Our Finance team in Brazil is growing and we are looking for a Treasury Analyst who will help implementing and improving controls in Treasury Operations area. Job Duties and Responsibilities:Review, reconcile and monitor weekly Customer activity to ensure reports are published with accurate data. Review, reconcile and monitor weekly/bi-monthly/monthly Referrals activity, calculating appropriate fees. Support monthly/weekly cash flow analysis providing the information/reports needed. Perform payments planning report on a weekly basis. Carry out a daily control of Bank activity. Monitor FX risk exposure on a weekly basisBuilt other potential treasury reports ad-hoc. Reconcile Back-Office vs Power BI information to ensure correct data base for accounting purposes. Undertake analytical review of processes owned to ensure appropriate controls are settled in place and suggest potential improvements. Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines required by the Parent Company and relevant local legal regulations. **Requirements**:Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitude. Minimum 3 years of experience at treasury positions and/or at accounting positions. Analytical thinking. Communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organisational/time management skills. Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under mínimal direction. Level of English advanced and Spanish will be a plus.
