As a Field Support Engineer, youll be responsible for drives for high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts warranty and Service and/or solving of complaints, inquiries and requests about technical products on or offsite. Provides special / custom training to customers upon request. Your qualificationsBachelors degree completed in Electrical Engineer. Very analytical skill strong PDCA and Lean mindset. Problem solving. Possesses strong learning agility. High sense of collaboration and execution - very good team player. Advanced or Fluent in English is MANDATORY. Willing to travel more than 50%. *This is a mid-senior position.
