Do you want to work in a great service team? Do you enjoy working with cutting edge technology? Then read on! We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for daily service support of existing customer base.
In this role, you will be responsible for.
Supports sales growth, service growth and customer satisfaction.
Field Service Engineers are responsible for repair, installation, and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites.
The required qualifications for the job include.
Sense of Urgency ‐must have the drive/motivation to act.
Must be able to prioritize daily activities and determine what requires immediate attention.
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills ‐must be able to remain calm when dealing with difficult customers/peers and have strong communications skills both with internal associates and external customers.
Must always be a true professional.
Team orientated, positive attitude and motivator.
Ability to adapt ‐must be flexible and understanding with change as it occurs regularly for a FSE throughout his/her day/week.
Must be able to think quickly and respond positively to those changes.
Associates mechanical, electrical, or biological degree.
3 + years of prior field service experience in diagnostics / research field is required.
Fluent English and valid American VISA.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Able to travel % of the time.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift 66 pounds (about 30kg) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in.
Flow Cytometry, Liquid Handling, Centrifuge.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
