Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the solar sales process, including lead generation, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
Understand the installation process and oversee the successful execution of commercial solar projects.

Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your extensive experience in the field.

Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to accelerate the launch of new commercial solar products.

Stay up-to-date with the latest INMETRO and ANEEL regulations and ensure all commercial solar projects adhere to the relevant electrical codes and standards.
Advise and guide team members on code compliance issues.

Offer expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field technicians and installation teams during the implementation and maintenance of commercial solar systems.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales materials and presentations.
ho you are and what you bringBS in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringValid electrical license or Certification and 15+ years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on commercial applications.
luent in Portuguese (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) - essential Strong understanding of the solar sales process and installation procedures, including lead generation, customer engagement, and project management.
xpertise in all aspects of field applications for commercial solar systems, including design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
omprehensive knowledge of INMETRO and ANEEL requirements and ability to ensure code compliance for all commercial solar projects.
xcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a variety of audiences.
