Job Title Experienced Support Analyst Job Description Exciting opportunity to Provide first-class phone and e-mail support to end-users and administrators of Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular systems.
Your role.
Providing technical support for Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular systems.
Provide problem resolution and document all steps taken during problem resolution.
Troubleshooting Windows operating system and hardware issues quickly and effectively.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting TCP/IP and general networking problems by logging into customer networks.
Documenting all actions taken during problem resolution in appropriate internal tracking systems.

Completed/studying degree.
Available to work in Blumenau Santa Catarina Fluent English for atending phone requests for US clients Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, TCP/IP and general networking issues quickly and effectively Strong documentation skills when recording actions taken during problem resolution Experience providing technical support on Cardiology informatics products (any experience in healthcare informatics is a strong differential).
