As a Diagnostics Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and agile team. You will have an eye for detail to support project deliveries, analyze information and contribute to the design and strategy of technical solutions ensuring that they are built in accordance with the aftermarket business needs and the workshop environment. Prioritization and pedagogical skills are also essential as you will be responsible for the aftermarket diagnostic flows during implementation of the diagnostic strategies of our products. Your future team: You will be part of the Aftermarket Technology team in Curitiba and will work with colleagues across the world. Aftermarket Technology is a vital part of the Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) organization. GTT is the research and development organization of the Volvo Group. In the Aftermarket Technology engineering team, we provide state-of-the-art customer-focused engineering, service, and diagnostics solutions for our products in the aftermarket. Who are you? Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. Requirements: MSc. Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics) - PhD in a related area is a merit. Experience working with Agile methodology (Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, Developer) is a merit. Technical knowledge in vehicle SW and HW architecture. Experience within heavy-duty vehicle repair and diagnostics with an engineering background. Experience designing diagnostic strategies and advanced tools which are used by technicians in workshops. Experience working with product development and its verification and validation during project development. Experience with data extraction, analysis, and manipulation oriented to engineering solutions. Working knowledge of electronics/component testing (CANoe, CANalyzer, SAFe). Knowledge in computer-aided design (CAD) software for analyzing and evaluating product designs (PTC CREO preferred). Whats in it for you?
