Job Description Prover informação de embarque às filiais em tempo real e com acuracidade; Monitorar saídas de cargas de aeroportos de origem Brasil a múltiplos destinos, e monitorar seu trânsito internacional e chegada no aeroporto de destino; Emissão de conhecimento de embarque (MAWB); Obtenção de espaço e reserva de voo junto a variadas cias.
aéreas; Entender serviços de cias aéreas disponíveis e suas capacidades; Treinar e obter conhecimento técnico quanto aos tipos de aeronaves e suas configurações; Conhecimento de processos de exportação aérea bem como planejamento de consolidação de cargas; Entendimento de operação de manuseio de cargas pelas cias aéreas; Desenvolver fornecedores, pontos consolidadores de cargas, e relacionamento com equipe de aeroportos; Acompanhamento de embarques via ferramentas internas; Rastreio de embarque via web site de cias aéreas desde sua saída no país de origem através do trânsito de embarque até confirmação de chegada no aeroporto final de destino; Atualização em tempo real de forma acurada sobre dados de embarque, em sistema operacional; Monitorar e tomar ações quanto a embarques com “Sobras, Faltas ou Avarias” bem como embarques com parcialidade de volumes e ou Indisponíveis em sistema de aduana local.
Qualifications Idiomas.
Inglês (intermediário/avançado); Boas habilidades em computador; Fortes habilidades em comunicações escritas e verbais; Bons relacionamentos Interpessoais.
