Expeditor - - Update internal and external Expediting Software. - Monitor purchase order status and expedite delivery as necessary to meet production or project deadlines. - Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, track, and resolve any issues, such as discrepancies or delays. - Sending and verifying documents for suppliers or clients related to purchase orders when necessary. - Proactively initiate activities focused on process improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize procurement processes and increase efficiency. **Other Skills & Abilities**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc. ). - We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration- Intermediate English desirable.
