What You’ll Do • Support for bankers in their day-to-day demands.
administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, diary management, travel planning, control of corporate payments and reimbursements; • Monitoring pending regulatory issues, especially related to transactions closed in foreign exchange, derivatives and trade finance; • Preparation of materials for institutional presentations; • Monitoring of negotiations and closing of operations; • Assistance in due diligence processes, in interaction with the areas of credit, registration, foreign exchange and derivatives desk, cash management and trade finance.
Skills You’ll Need • Currently working towards Business Administration, Secretariat, Secretarial Science, or related degree courses at any level with duration equal to or greater than 2 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook • Advanced English Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.
