Esourcing-Brazil - Job Description:Location: Sao Paulo, BR or Curitiba, BR (work from office) eSourcing LeadThe candidate will provide support for the overall coordination of the eSourcing program within the GP Stakes Portfolio in conjunction with support from the Client Sourcing Center (BSC). The opportunity is to drive a formal eSourcing program across the portfolio with substantial adoption and impact year over year. The focus will be to drive eSourcing capability, and deeper penetration across existing portfolio companies, and establishing as a standard best practice with new GP Stakes portfolio company investments. The position will require relationship building, management skills, and heavy change and program management talents. The candidate will be responsible (in tandem with the Spend Management team) for helping portfolio company stakeholders build custom eSourcing projects, reporting to the VP of eSourcing, GP Stakes. Responsibilities: Helping portfolio company stakeholders in developing customised eSourcing projects in spend categories like but not limited to Direct Materials and indirect categories like MRO, Facility, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Logistics, Professional Services etc. Focus to drive eSourcing capability, and deeper penetration across existing portfolio companies, and establishing as a standard best practice with new portfolio companies that are part of the GP Stakes PortfolioLeading strategic sourcing projects experience among many of above listed categories is must. Must have the ability to manage high traffic eSourcing pipeline. Support portfolio companies in a hands-on approach to building custom sourcing projects. This position requires strong procurement/eSourcing knowledge and robust analytical skills, in both Direct and Indirect categories. Strong communication skills with key stakeholders as neededLiaison between the Client Sourcing Center (Singapore) and portfolio companies during live project activityUse Salesforce to actively monitor, track, and oversee eSourcing pipelineSupport the build out of the fully dedicated GP Stakes eSourcing team (planning near shore locale)Support the hiring, training, and managing eSourcing project team. Prepare cost saving case studies/marketing materials for higher visibility at Leadership level and among various stakeholders in portfolio companies. Requirements :The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of procurement experience with heavy Ariba eSourcing platform experience or in similar ERP (Coupa, Oracle, SAP, Jaggaer etc) experience and high proficiency in English. Bachelor''s degree in business, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field. A Master''s degree in business or specialization in advanced procurement management will be advantageous. Superb leadership and communication skills. Advanced ability to collaborate and negotiate. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
