The ERP Support & e-governance professional LATAM acts upon the global IT strategy, is responsible for the coordination of the different e-governance initiatives across LATAM.
In close alignment with the local and global finance teams, as well as the local and global IT teams, the ERP Support & e-governance professional LATAM creates a prioritized development roadmap as a basis for our business planning cycles, the development and sprint planning as well as the transportation of changes within the SAP system.
The ERP Support & e-governance professional LATAM ensures the quality of the different e-governance and tax modules by checking the development and customization done by the external partners.
The ERP Support & e-governance professional LATAM will align closely with the ERP business application team at Headquarters to ensure knowledge exchange and awareness of upcoming projects.
Apart of the e-governance topic, the ERP Support & e-governance professional LATAM is ensuring a high support quality of ERP support by aligning overall support KPIs with the global teams and by analyzing and escalating critical tickets.
