EQUIPMENTS INSPECTION TECHNICIAN

Equipments Inspection Technician - Analyze test evidence of equipment according to the scope of activities; Interpret the results and indicate pending issues, if necessary; Evaluate checklists completed by the onboard inspector; Analyze documents according to requirements established in contracts, checklists or standards; Evaluate the quality ofreports and identify failures, discrepancies and inconsistencies and issue a technical opinion approving the delivery or recording the due pending issues; Review manuals, engineering drawings and manufacturer bulletins and P&ID Verification; Review field reports, inspection reports, calibration and technical alerts; Analyze test proceduresand/or operational procedures; Evaluate, complete and organize the inspection''s digital technical documentation in folders for consultation; Fill the files with data extracted from the technical documentation of the unit; Evaluate inspection certificates, data sheets, initial documentation, test report, commissioning reports and other documents relating to materials and tools and equipment inspected and verified on board; Assist in the evaluation of maintenance management and maintenance planning and control in the area of operation; Assist in the evaluationof maintenance orders for the unity Requirements:- At least three years of experience withprobes perforation in functions of operation or maintenance. Technical course. Notions of well construction, drilling rig operation and use of equipment drill pack, sequences operations to start the well. Basic knowledge, familiarity or experience proven with:Systems supervisory systems, control, instrumentation for measurement of parameters of drilling. Basic knowledge, familiarity or experience proven with:Systems hydraulics and pneumatics. Certification in well control introductory level (IADC) or level 2 (IWCF). Basic package knowledge MS Office. Intermediary English. Desirable:- Experience of at least eighteen (18) months as assistant of probe or function superior in probes perforation of positioning dynamic. Work experience in supplier of equipment of drilling for rigs or in the company of service. Work experience under construction or reactivation of platforms or vessels. Work experience in service companyof well.
