We are seeking an upbeat, motivated, and articulate SDR e to join our team as an outbound, B2B, Sales Development Representative (Pre-Sales) with a focus on Cold Calling.
The candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective Business customers via cold telephone outreach. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with a proven track record of success.This role is 80% telephone outreach so they should be comfortable with cold calling.
This is a full time, remote position. 9am - 6pm BRT Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
Convince cold B2B business prospects to come to a meeting with an Account Executive.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held.
Requirements:
Expert Fluency in Englishfor business prospecting.
Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person.
Passionate about Cold outreach to prospects via Telephone
Passion for developing a career in sales.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Desired:
1+ years of experience as and outbound SDR doing cold calling. (Software/IT/Saas a plus).
Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
Outstanding time management skills.
Experience living abroad.
High energy team player.
Goal-oriented.
Experience using CRMs.
