This role will be instrumental in executing recruitment strategies and managing the full recruitment experience to attract top talent to the organization.
The ideal candidate will focus on Brazil market with an expanded responsibility on enhancing candidate experience employer branding initiatives and inno Responsibilities Develop and execute a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
Utilize modern marketing methods and tactics to promote our company as an attractive employer.
Focus on brand awareness and reputation beyond just a logo-authentically communicate the value of working at Cognizant.
Plan manage track and report on recruitment media campaigns.
Identify effective tactics and platforms to attract candidates.
Optimize channel and advertising spend to maximize impact.
Manage and update content for the careers site ensuring it reflects our employer brand and provides an engaging experience for potential candidates.
Suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion.
Craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with our target audience.
Highlight our company unique culture mission and values.
Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates.
Engage with talent through various channels (e.
.
social media email text).
Work closely with TA to align recruitment marketing efforts with hiring needs and organizational goals.
Partner with Marketing to leverage their expertise and resources.
Generate monthly updates for company leadership on recruitment marketing initiatives.
Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics.
Continuously analyze results and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with external partners to execute effectively.
Collaborate with employees to create authentic video content that showcases our workplace culture employee experiences and day-to-day life at our company.
Use these videos for recruitment marketing campaigns and social media.
Native Brazilian Portuguese level.
Advanced English level.
strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree.
ideally in marketing or human resources management.
Experience.
proven experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist or in a related field.
Employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Proficiency in CRMs and recruitment marketing tools.
Curiosity resourcefulness and a creative problem-solving mindset.
Ability to prioritize workload and work independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional event planning marketing and project management skills.
