Domain Champion - Review quarterly. - Advise Sales & Commercial on technical requirements and bid clarifications responses. - Promote cross-Domain / multi-BL and multi-Division solutions. - Consult on the design, execution of operations to ensure data integrity and alignment with customer end user requirements. - Between acquisition BLs and D&I Digital, coordinate and QC client data delivery process. Not expected to process job data. - Understand and manage customer interpretation issues. - Implement standard processes and workflows to support customer technology adoption. - Contribute to the development and implementation of real time monitoring guidelines. - Develop and communicate ideas based on customer needs within technical community. - Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing. - Actively follow SETC and SCMi for career progression and T&D. - Provide mentoring and professional development support to employees on technical career paths and across functions. - Maintain industry visibility through participation in professional societies, technology events and submitting papers. - Contribute to HQ product development cycle and participate in testing of new product and software. - Provide technical training to customers and internal team with learning objectives aligned with business need. - Participate in Market Segmentation exercise, perform technology gap analysis and help build the GeoUnit strategy.
