Diretor De Marketing - You will be expected to develop our brand and grow an international group of active stakeholders within the organisation. Direct Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following. Essentially the success or failure of the marketing strategy and the ability for our organisation to build stakeholders and new donors will fall onto your shoulders. Marketing Plan:Phase One:You will be implementing a new marketing strategy from zero. ACE Projects has a finished brand and brand guidelines; it will be your responsibility to define target audiences, market to them, and build a consistent group of followers both internationally and in Brazil. Through our UK marketing, the goal is to build power in numbers. We believe that there is a growing trend among young people looking for purpose and direction. We want to tap into this and give them a purpose by becoming stakeholders in our organisation. We believe building a network of thousands of young people making small donations to the organisation on a monthly basis is the future of fundraising. We have the brand to do this; we need the person to execute it. The Brazilian marketing will focus on translating impact and growing our name and impact throughout Brazil. Phase one will include but is not limited to:Developing overall marketing strategy and yearly planning Develop target demographics for Brazil and UK marketing Understand how to target each separate demographic Develop social media and marketing implementation plan Paid search strategy Press ready CRM systems Phase Two:In phase two you will be implementing the strategy developed in phase one. Your tasks will include but are not limited to the following. Social Media Helping Brazil and UK marketing teams schedule, organise, and build socialmedia posts Ensure that social media has a consistent message across all outlets Reviewing all posts before they are posted Decide the content and where the content will be posted Determine/manage any spending on social media platforms Retargeting Newsletters/Mailchimp:You will be responsible for building newsletters for both our international and Brazilian stakeholders. Frequency will be determined with management Track performance Update and organize lists Campaigns:Develop and execute meaningful fundraising and awareness building campaigns, including but not limited to:Selling merchandise Webinars Online classes In-person events Moreover, we expect you to make partnerships with like minded brands to fun campaigns with and build our following. Reports:Monthly reporting. Performance reviews. New stakeholder reviews. Expenditures v donations. Overall strategy and successes. Team:You will be directly responsible for managing a UK intern, the Brazil social media team, and a graphic designer.
