We're seeking a talented Director of Recruitment on a full-time basis to join our premier staffing company in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential.
We are an established staffing company providing comprehensive IT and engineering staffing solutions to Fortune 500 companies through our three Delivery Centers across the United States.

At least 5 years experience as a technical recruitment team leader Your Goal.
As Director of Recruitment, you will lead our recruitment strategy, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.
You will build efficient processes, ensure quality service delivery, and develop high-performing teams.
Your day will involve coaching recruiters, optimizing operations, and maintaining strong client partnerships.

You Know Technical Recruitment Inside Out You have worked in technical staffing in an agency setting for at least 5 years You understand how to build and improve recruitment processes You know what makes a successful technical hiring program 2.
You're Great at Building Strong Client Relationships You know how to keep enterprise clients happy You understand complex technical hiring needs You're good at growing and maintaining accounts 3.
You're an Organized Leader Who Gets Results You create clear processes that work You use data to make things better You help your team succeed and grow Competitive Compensation.
