Digital Marketing Specialist - Digital Marketing Specialist Luxury Fitness Start-Up | London, UK | Full-TimeLocation: Remote (UK office hours required)Salary: 9k-10k BRL per monthAre you ready to help launch a premium fitness brand and make a real impact?Were recruiting on behalf of an exciting new luxury Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) gym based in London, UK, and theyre looking for aDigital Marketing Specialistto implement and execute their long-term digital marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand launch and drive membership growth through innovative campaigns, compelling content, and strategic advertising. The RoleAs aDigital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist to bring the brands vision to life. Youll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, developing engaging social media content, and collaborating with a videographer to produce promotional assets that captivate and convert. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the marketing plandeveloped in partnership with the Senior Marketing Strategist. Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaignsacross Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Collaborate with a videographerto produce high-quality promotional videos and visual content. Develop and implement social media campaignsto build brand awareness and engagement. Create contentfor email marketing, blog posts, and additional digital channels. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed ofdigital marketing trendsand continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. What Were Looking For5+ years of experiencein digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and social media. Proven expertise inmanaging PPC campaignsand paid social ads, with a track record of driving successful digital campaigns. Fitness or wellness industry experienceis a plus, but not essential. Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and content creation. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
