Rina is looking for a professional with relevant experience in Project Management, Cost Management or Budgeting, as well as experience with import and export processes and issuing customs declarations to work with. Advanced English is required. Main duties and responsabilities:1. Working at Client?s premises as Implants to support the Logistics and Shipping functions. 2. Shipment Forecast and Planning based on materials expediting report. 3. Coordinate with Client?s suppliers on cargo collection and source for suitable sailing for the shipment. 4. Follow up with Overseas Offices for Freight Rates and Bookings and Shipment Status. 5. Activation of shipments and preparation of relevant shipping documents and assigning of UDR. 6. Preparation of Import and Export Permits for Customs Declarations. 7. Monitor shipment status on daily basis and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. 8. Attend Client?s shipment status meeting and provide shipment updates. 9. Preparation of Invoices in a timely manner to bill to Client. 10. Sourcing for ad hoc/alternative quotes to improve Profit Margin. 11. Preparationof quotation to Client. 12. Coordinate with Local and Overseas office for tender?s preparations and submissions. 13. Update System Entries in SAP and other softwares and perform Data Analytics14. To track the KPIs and ensure constant improvement and preparation of the KPI report for QBR with Client. 15. To prepare reports as per Client?s requirement. 16. Preparation of internal Project Costs and Profit and Loss per shipment and monthly report. 17. Ensure that all Suppliers/Contractors engage to perform jobs are in the Approved Vendor List and to work with HSSE on the approval process. 18. Traveling both locally and overseas may be required. 19. Develop SOP and work process for the Project and Client20. Perform data analytics on Project to understand the Trade Lanes and Volume and Commercial relations and impacts. 21. Forward thinking and pre empt solutions to Client. 22. Maintaining the interest of Client and ensuring our bottom line is not impacted. 23. Establish a continual and cordial relations with Client and engage them for future projects. 24. Attending of Blue Water Shipping Office related meetings such as but not limited to HSSE and sharing of information to team members. 25. Working with IT to establish process/systems to increase work efficiency. 26. Working late and after office hours coordination may be required. 27. Any other work related duties or special tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
