Design & Development Sr V+ (Vision Plus Cms) - Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world. Its these values that create a foundation for us to be able make the right decisions and deliver on our commitments to our clients and one another other. **Design & Development**- Designs and develops complex computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user defined requirements. - Ensure that Fiservs development methodologies are well documented, and standards are followed**Leadership**- May lead a small technical team to design and develop releases/projects and is responsible for delivery to time, budget & quality- Able to manage a team of vendor resources and ensure optimal utilization**Mentoring**- Mentors and trains junior resources and provides quality reviews and guidance**Job Requirements**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent- V+ development engineering experience. - Must have strong techno-functional knowledge of Vision PLUS, specifically FAS, TRAMS and ITS- Must have strong Mainframe technical skills (CICS/COBOL/JCL/SYNCSORT). - Must have strong understanding of CA tools - Control-M, CA-VIEW, etc- Strong experience in Mainframe environment, must be adept in TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Endevor, Easytrieve. - Knowledge of file transmission tools FTP/NDM. - Work on batch as well as online programs. - Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill. - Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is desired. - Proficient with usage of MS office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
