Deployment Specialist - Weve built a platform thats ready to support supermarket chains in going online and keeping up with the ever-changing demands of consumers. With an ecommerce app and an employee app we set both parties up for success and satisfaction which has been the key of our success thus far. What would you do?Guide clients through the implementation process until they are fully live with our solution. Coordinate with various internal teams to manage and deliver project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives. Follow up with clients to ensure the adoption of new functionalities. Prepare and present weekly progress reports, including status reports, risk analysis, and technical documentation. Deliver presentations both internally and externally to communicate progress and strategies. Persuade and convince clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved. Provide clear and concise briefs to Project Managers (PMs) and work closely with solution teams. Organize and participate in weekly touchpoints with clients. Management of escalations of issues and problems the client has. Your experience has been shaped byProven experience in project management. Previous experience designing and executing projects with clients. Experience guiding clients through implementation processes. Experience in managing e-commerce and/or logistics projects (desirable). Your SuperPowersExcellent communication and persuasion skills. Exceptional relationship-building and customer service abilities. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Ability to quickly learn about our product.
